The idea to build something, together with a group of senior citizens, lays on the kitchen table. To grow old together while maintaining your own privacy. Core values: Stimulating each other, helping and enjoying the peace.

The architecture fits into the village setting and breathes a Braband’s sphere, with a twinkling of the Mediterranean. The garden meeting place forms the heart of the housing project.

Olthaar Ontwerpen, as adviser for the complete project and as a designer for the meeting area has contributed whole-heartedly to a project for people with a love of living in a sustainable lifestyle.
